Built for air conditioning & HVAC

For air conditioning techs: the first hot day, everyone's aircon quits at once.

When a heatwave hits, your inbox fills up while you're on a roof. Quickbell gives every new website enquiry a friendly reply in about a minute, asks about the system, and sends your booking link, so nobody's left sweating and wondering.

Sound familiar?

When enquiries land for air conditioning

These are made-up but typical moments. Each one is a person who'd like to hear back soon.

Unit blowing warm air

Lots of people at once. The ones who hear back and can book are the ones who stay.

Annual service

Not urgent, but easy work. A quick reply with a booking link makes it simple to say yes.

New split system quote

They're comparing installers. Asking the right questions up front helps you quote properly.

Ducted system noise

A worried homeowner after dinner. A reply in a minute beats a reply tomorrow.

Example

What a first reply could look like

A made-up example. You'd approve your own wording during setup.

  • Says it's an automatic first reply
  • Asks one or two useful questions
  • Sends your booking link
  • You get a summary straight away
  1. Heatwave breakdown · Example
New enquiry via your website form

Our split system is just blowing warm air and it's 37 degrees. We're in Penrith with a baby. Can someone come today?

  2. About a minute later
    Automatic reply from your business

Hi Alex, thanks for getting in touch with Example Air. This is a quick automatic reply so you're not left waiting. Sorry, that's no fun in this heat. Is it a split system or ducted, and is there an error code showing? You can grab the next available time here: Book a time

  3. Straight after
    To: you  ·  Summary

Job: split system blowing warm air, error code TBC
Where: Penrith   When: today, family with a baby

Set up with you

The kind of questions it can ask

You choose the questions during setup. These are the sort we'd suggest for air conditioning. We keep it to one or two per reply, so it doesn't feel like a form.

  • Split system or ducted, and roughly how old?
  • What's it doing: not turning on, warm air, leaking, noisy?
  • Any error code on the remote or unit?
  • Which suburb, and is it a house, unit or business?
  • How soon do you need someone?

Good to know

  • In busy weeks, the reply can be honest about wait times in wording you approve, so people know where they stand.
  • It never diagnoses a fault or quotes for a new system. It gathers what you need to quote properly.
  • Refrigerant and electrical work stay with you and your licence. Quickbell only handles the first hello.
Is it a fit?

Honest answer

We're starting the pilot with plumbers and electricians in Sydney. Quickbell is built to suit air conditioning too, and you're welcome to ask about joining.

  • A good fit if you get enquiries through a form on your website and you're on the tools most of the day.
  • Less of a fit (for now) if most of your work comes from phone calls or texts. Those are coming later.
Is Quickbell available for air conditioning businesses yet?

We're starting the pilot with plumbers and electricians in Sydney. If you run an air conditioning or HVAC business and get website enquiries, you're welcome to ask about joining.

Can it help with service reminders?

Not at the moment. Quickbell only replies to people who've sent you an enquiry. It never messages anyone first.
