Built for landscapers & gardeners

For landscapers: quote requests don't wait until you've packed up the trailer.

People plan their garden on the weekend and fill in a handful of forms. Quickbell replies in about a minute, asks about the yard and the job, and sends your booking link for a quote visit, while you're still out mowing.

Sound familiar?

When enquiries land for landscapers

These are made-up but typical moments. Each one is a person who'd like to hear back soon.

Backyard makeover quote

A bigger job. They're dreaming and comparing. Good questions now make you look organised.

Regular maintenance

Mowing and edging every fortnight. A quick reply with a booking link turns into steady work.

Clean-up before a party

Short notice. They'll book whoever can confirm a time first.

Fallen branches

Urgent-ish and messy. The reply can ask for photos so you know what you're walking into.

What a first reply could look like

A made-up example. You'd approve your own wording during setup.

  • Says it's an automatic first reply
  • Asks one or two useful questions
  • Sends your booking link
  • You get a summary straight away

Hi Mel, thanks for getting in touch with Example Landscapes. This is a quick automatic reply so you're not left waiting. Roughly how big is the backyard, and could you reply with a couple of photos? You can book a time for a quote visit here: Book a time

The kind of questions it can ask

You choose the questions during setup. These are the sort we'd suggest for landscapers. We keep it to one or two per reply, so it doesn't feel like a form.

  • What's the job: design, build, maintenance or a clean-up?
  • Roughly how big is the area? Front, back or both?
  • Can you reply with a couple of photos?
  • Which suburb, and is there easy access for a trailer?
  • When are you hoping to get it done?

Good to know

  • The reply never estimates a price. It gathers the details you need to quote.
  • Asking for photos is just part of the email wording, so customers can reply with them attached.
  • Retaining walls over a certain height can need approvals. Quickbell doesn't give that advice; you do.
Is it a fit?

Honest answer

We're starting the pilot with plumbers and electricians in Sydney. Quickbell is built to suit landscapers too, and you're welcome to ask about joining.

  • A good fit if you get enquiries through a form on your website and you're on the tools most of the day.
  • Less of a fit (for now) if most of your work comes from phone calls or texts. Those are coming later.
Is Quickbell available for landscapers yet?

We're starting the pilot with plumbers and electricians in Sydney. If you're a landscaper or gardener who gets website enquiries, you're welcome to ask about joining.

Lots of my work comes from phone calls. Is it worth it?

Probably not yet. Quickbell handles website-form enquiries by email today. Missed calls and texts are coming later.
