- Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site, or submit other people's details without their permission.
- The content is general information for small businesses. It isn't legal, financial or technical advice.
The Lead Response Audit
The audit shows an estimate based on numbers you enter and adjustable placeholder assumptions. It is not a measurement of your business and not a promise of results. Nothing is sent to us unless you tick the consent box and choose to join the pilot. See the privacy note.
The free pilot (intended terms)

- We'll confirm the pilot terms with you in writing before you start.
- After the pilot, the service is A$149/month (pilot pricing), month to month, if you choose to continue. You can cancel any time. GST treatment is [to be confirmed].
- If you don't continue, we switch the service off. There's nothing to pay.
- Pricing may change in future; we'll always tell you before a change affects you.
What the service does and doesn't do
Today, Quickbell sends an automatic first reply to enquiries from your website form, by email, asks the questions you approve, includes your booking link, and sends you a summary. It does not quote prices, make promises on your behalf, or give technical or safety advice. Text messages, missed calls and social media messages are not currently offered.
You remain responsible for your own work, quotes, bookings and your dealings with your customers. You approve the reply wording before it goes live.
Availability
We aim for replies within about a minute, but email and online services can be delayed or interrupted. We don't guarantee that every reply will be sent within a particular time. [Confirm wording.]
