Privacy note
Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking on this site. The audit and the contact form send nothing unless you submit them, and you tick the consent box.
This privacy note is a draft and is still being reviewed. Highlighted parts are still to be confirmed. If you have any questions, email leadcatch.au@gmail.com.
In short
In short. The Lead Response Audit calculates your estimate in your browser. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site. Nothing you type into the audit is sent to us unless you tick the consent box and press “Join the free pilot”. If you do, Quickbell collects the details you entered and uses them to send your audit results and offer you a free pilot. We don't sell your details. You can ask us to delete them any time at leadcatch.au@gmail.com.

Who we are
Quickbell (“we”, “us”) is [a sole trader / business — confirm structure and ABN] based in Australia. Contact: leadcatch.au@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only if you submit the sign-up form:
- Your business name
- Your trade (e.g. plumber, electrician)
- Your website (if you give one)
- Your email address
- The numbers you entered in the estimate (e.g. enquiries per week, average job value, reply time) and the estimate shown
Only if you use the contact form on our Contact page: your name, your email address, your business name (optional), your message, and a record that you ticked “It's OK to email me back about this message”. Contact-form messages are stored in a Google Sheet and used only to reply to you.
We don't ask for payment details, and we don't ask for sensitive information. Please don't put any in the form.
Why we collect it
- To send you your audit results
- To offer you a free pilot of our service and contact you about it
- To reply if you ask us a question
- To improve the audit tool using combined, non-identifying figures
We won't use your details for anything unrelated without asking you first.
Your consent and emails
We only collect and use your details because you ticked the consent box and submitted the form. We'll only email you about your audit and the pilot (and related replies), or, if you used the contact form, to reply to your message. Every marketing-type email will say who we are and include a clear unsubscribe link or instruction, and we'll honour unsubscribes promptly (Spam Act 2003). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing leadcatch.au@gmail.com.
Where your information is stored
Sign-ups and contact-form messages are stored in Google Sheets and other Google services (such as Google Apps Script and Gmail) under our account. Google may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States, and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. We use these tools to run the sign-up; we don't otherwise send your details overseas. Access is limited to [me / our small team].
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your details. We share them only with the service providers needed to run the sign-up (such as Google), or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up details only while they're needed for the audit and pilot, and for up to [12 months — confirm] if you don't become a customer, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
Email leadcatch.au@gmail.com to ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll respond within [30] days and delete it from our sign-up sheet unless we're legally required to keep it.
Security
We limit access to the sheet and use Google account protections (e.g. two-step verification). No online system is perfectly secure, so please don't submit anything sensitive.
Complaints
Contact us first at leadcatch.au@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
